Develop Sustainability Training: Create specialized training to enhance sustainability expertise for CCIs.
Project description
GreenCCircle brings together CCIs, higher education institutions, professional training institutions and businesses to help CCIs effectively tackle the challenges of climate change.
GreenCCircle aims to achieve the following objectives:
Identify CCIs’ skills gaps in the areas of sustainability, entrepreneurship and digitalisation.
Develop GreenCCIrcle training to improve sustainability skills.
Using the Living Labs methodology, create a multi-stakeholder sustainability-focused CCI ecosystem.
Develop a Green Tool based on various tools, charts and methodologies to enable different CCI organisations and practitioners to assess the environmental impact of their activities.
The GreenCCircle project will help to understand:
How CCIs’ attitudes and skills in sustainability are changing
How collaboration between CCIs and (other industries) and scientific fields stimulates innovation and new ideas
How the project has helped its partners to work more effectively with the EU, closer to programmes like Erasmus+ and European values.
Also, GreenCCircle aims to launch a business initiative based on the results of the research carried out during the project, no later than 2 years after the end of the project.
